1. Purchasing
Is every item I see on the site available?
Most of the items at 3Cline are in stock, some may on the way to 3Cline warehouse, but this market,electronic parts market changes in a flash, for China is the center of the world electronic parts replacements trade. One thing we can gurantee is that we'll send out within 48 business hours.

What quality do you offer?
We offer these qualities:Brand New, OEM, Grade AAA,  Grade AA, Used. For copyright protection, all original products are described as Brand New..

 

2. Payment
What kind of payment do you accept?
PayPal only, thank you.
We appreciate US dollar, other currency service are available but may result in extra transaction fee.

When will you arrange shipping?
Items will be sent out in 1-2 business days after the payment is cleared. Please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before check out.

Can I apply refund if I want to cancel my order?
Once the order is sent out, cancel or a refund will not be allowed. But we will refund in the condition that we can not offer the products you bought, due to unavailability or any reason.

3. Shipment
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the whole world,but in case of any unstable reasons, please contact our customer service before check out. Please confirm your shipping address. Buyers have to pay the return postage and the reship postage due to undeliverable address.

How long it takes to get my order?
We will start preparing the order upon receiving buyers’ payment, send out within 48 business hours. Free shipping on all orders by regular mail(Hongkong PostSingapore postChina PostChina ePacket,Sweden Post,Swiss Post)
If it's by regular mail, it takes 1-3 weeks to  arrive Oceania, West Europe and North America, other areas may take longer.

What kind of packing you offer?
Protective measures will be taken to ensure the items in good condition during storage and delivery.Generally we will first put the item into an static-free bag, then wrap it with rounds of plastic bubble, after this a hard paper bag will be taken to put the item, then with a foam box, last with a big hard paper box.

What kind of transportationmethods you offer?
Currently we offer service of Hongkong Post,SG post,China Post,ePacket,Sweden Post and Swiss Post, as well asshipping channels like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS.

How to deal with the insuranceand custom fee during delivery?
If the order is detained,missed or damaged resulted from within China boarder, all loss should be assumed by 3Cline; but if this happen in other countries or regions, all loss should be assumed by buyers.

4. After-Sale Service
How long is your warranty?
We offer 1 year warranty for all 3cline products.

The item I received isdifferent from the picture you show, why?
Two reasons for this: For copyright protection, we have to photoshop the pictures to avoid copyright issues; subtle difference may appear when the supplier changes.

In what condition should beconsidered returnable?
A. Items delivered by 3Cline.We accept return items with 3Cline custom declaration or custom invoice only.

B. Items within warranty. Make sure the items you return are within warranty, check or contact our customer service before you send back.


How long will it take to dealwith returned items?
We have to proceed the quality test again so it will take 2 business days for us to reply after receiving the return package.
